Qualification & Experience:

o Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related discipline.
o Holder of HSE training certifications from Internationally recognized institution (e.g.NEBOSH in Process Safety Management, IOSH, OSHA, ISO or equivalent).

o Ability to write technical reports.
o Leadership, command, and control.
o Communication and Negotiation (oral & writing).
o Computer program knowledge and using.
o Work effectively with various personnel and be flexible in work assignments.

Primary purpose of job:

Implement QatarEnergy HSE standards, policies, and regulation in Al Rayyan offshore field (Al Morjan platform, associated WHJ and SBM), by increasing the HSE level of awareness of QatarEnergy and contractor personnel working on the stations and provide HSE support and assistance to site management in order to achieve highest level of HSE performance
and reduce losses. Ensure availability of safety and fire equipment, as well as performs the duty of fire team leader during emergency.
