  • Bilingual ( Arabic & English).

  • Previous experience in sales is an added value.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage, follow-up, convert enquiries to profitable sales orders and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to achieve business results.
  • Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets with the required profitability and customer delight.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommend profit initiatives and service improvements to enhance the business.
  • Assist the walk-in customers and traders for sales enquiries. Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure it is dealt with highest priority and with customers first mindset.
  • Conducts market analysis and forecast the possible sales opportunities to create new sales leads for achieving the targets.
  • Handle sales process and the documentations as per company policies and procedure, liaise closely with other departments to complete the process successfully and on time.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports ( prospects, reservations , and sales), review the trends and results to improve the sales.
