Manage, follow-up, convert enquiries to profitable sales orders and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to achieve business results.

Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets with the required profitability and customer delight.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommend profit initiatives and service improvements to enhance the business.
Assist the walk-in customers and traders for sales enquiries. Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure it is dealt with highest priority and with customers first mindset.
Conducts market analysis and forecast the possible sales opportunities to create new sales leads for achieving the targets.
Handle sales process and the documentations as per company policies and procedure, liaise closely with other departments to complete the process successfully and on time.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports ( prospects, reservations , and sales), review the trends and results to improve the sales.
