The role

The role involves delivering efficient and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries, and guiding customers through banking procedures. The incumbent also promotes the Group’s products and services, encouraging customers to expand their business with the bank. Additionally, they act as the Head Customer Service Officer (CSO) in their absence, ensuring continuity in service and leadership.

A. Shareholder & Financial:

Drive sales and profitability by actively marketing products, meeting targets, and monitoring branch KPIs.

B. Customer (Internal & External)

Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve queries promptly, cross-sell products, and build strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.

C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory)

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handle account tasks, assist with applications, and ensure smooth operations and compliance with service standards.

D. Learning & Knowledge

Maintain strong branch customer service knowledge and pursue continuous professional development.
