The role
The role focuses on promoting and achieving sales targets for a specific line of business, while also cross-selling additional products and services. The Sales Officer is dedicated to delivering exceptional, friendly service, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering increased business with the Retail Bank.
A. Shareholder & Financial:
Market the Retail Bank’s products to meet sales targets, increase revenue, and implement KPIs and best practices. Promote cost efficiency and operate within delegated powers.
B. Customer (Internal & External):
Enhance the bank’s image through proactive, customer-focused service, including visiting clients, resolving queries, and building relationships with key contacts. Provide timely feedback and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
C. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):
Ensure accurate completion of applications, assist customers with forms, and coordinate with operations for smooth service delivery. Monitor service standards, provide reports, and ensure compliance with quality and audit requirements.
