Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 7 years job related experience if you have Highschool/Vocational or Diploma qualification or 6 years job related experience if you have bachelor’s degree or higher.
- PC literate with knowledge of World/PowerPoint/Excel/Outlook, Tableau, PowerBI
- Work experience in managing (processing and analyzing) voluminous data.
- Experience in delivering insights from data and submitting actionable recommendations to management
- Experience is setting in preparing and giving presentation on business performance to middle and senior management.
- Experienced in developing complex modelling and simulation
- Knowledge of process improvement & process re-engineering techniques
- High competency in Financial and/or Procurement Process and data structure awareness
- Ability to collaborate and influence colleagues and senior executives in line with designed frameworks and strategic concepts
- Systematic and logical approach to problem solving and a capability of working around problems.
- Confidence to engage and lead service relationships and to cross-functionally represent finance and shared services
Operational Accountabilities;
- Monitor and track strategic targets of DSP projects to deliver improved business efficiency, reduce cost and increase revenue for the assigned portfolio.
- Drive focus on key areas of performance improvement / opportunity by communicating with respective business teams, providing financial / operational / market analytical insights on performance and trends through insightful and modern visualization.
- Act as an advocate and ambassador between Finance, Strategy and all external stakeholders to the business.
- Communicate effectively on risks and assist establishment of mitigating plans on DSP programs and other strategic projects, in order to meet Technical strategy objectives and deliverables.
- Work across end to end processes to monitor, track, identify and drive middle/large opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and quality, in support of the Division’s DSP
- Act as a subject matter expert, (SME), between operations, finance, strategy, and all other key stakeholders, to optimize outcomes by addressing operational performance trends and improvement opportunities, and concerns.
- Development of management reporting tools and timetables to facilitate communication with stakeholders and clear data led evaluation of Technical projects success.
- Support the wider development of process improvement capability by offering coaching to the members of the assigned portfolio.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
