Qualifications and Experience :
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
– Proven work experience as a Financial Analyst or related role
– Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
– Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
– Certification such as CMA, ACCA, CIMA, CA is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
– Prepare reports and presentations to senior management
– Monitor financial performance and variance analysis
– Provide guidance on budgeting and forecasting processes
– Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data
– Collaborate with various departments to improve financial processes
– Assist in audit preparations and ensure compliance with regulations
