ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To oversee and manage individual and group sales targets to achieve maximum profitability and growth for Battery, Tyres or Lubricants.

  • Promote and achieve the sales through all internal and external customers by managing existing sales and developing new customers.
  • Ensuring that all sales are carried out in accordance with the cash and credit norms prescribed by the Finance & Audit department;
  • Provide support for material forecasting activities and maintain inventory levels to reduce the stock provisioning by implementing perfect ordering mechanism in association with demand planner;
  • Promote a favorable image to all external stakeholders by monitoring customer service levels, assists in resolution of all sales issues and actively follow programs and systems to ensure customer delight;
  • Ensuring that all sales related documents, communications are filed and stored according to the Documents policy prescribed by the finance and audit departments of the organization;
  • Monitor Warrenty Claims & transactions and submit reports to claim the warrenty from suppliers.
  • Implements effective advertising and promotional plans with the guidance of the manager to achieve sales objectives;
  • Identify the emerging market shifts and communicate with management while being fully aware of new products and competition status through extensive market knowledge.
  • Completion of reports, presentations, SAP transactions as per the SOP’s and management directions to accomplish organizational capabilities;
