Qualification & Experience:

  • Pre University in Commerce (10+2)
  • Diploma in Stores Management preferable
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in storekeeping preferably in FMCG company
  • Fluent in English

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Finalize and make transfers on daily basis to replenish stocks in sub-stores from Main Warehouse
  • Receiving and storing goods in the right location
  • Picking of stocks for next day loading
  • Arrange loading of stocks to the vans on daily basis
  • Conduct daily stock check and inform variance if any to the Finance team
  • Analyze and confirm variances and take necessary action to avoid further occurrence.
  • Segregate and inform on periodic basis the damages and shortages & Expiries to finance
  • Interacts with first level of employees in Supply Chain and Logistics for Inventory replenishment, Van Sales personnel and finance on day to day requirements.
  • Gathers and analyses easily available stock data to ensure First in First Out are adhered to
  • Analyses stock movement trends to provide reports on stocks to be maintained in sub-stores and vans.
  • Analyze stock damages & expiry details and report to next level
  • Supervises the helpers in loading & unloading stocks on daily basis.
  • Identifies area of improvement and informs to the next level for necessary implementation.
