QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum Qualifications – Diploma
  • Basic Automotive knowledge
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role
  • Strong customer service skills

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

To assist in delivering excellent customer service by supporting the service advisor team in managing customer vehicle service appointments, ensuring accurate documentation, and facilitating smooth communication between the workshop and customers.

  • Greet customers professionally and assist with initial service inquiries.
  • Help schedule appointments and prepare pre-booking documentation.
  • Ensure that customers are informed of estimated timeframes and service expectations.
  • Support in creating accurate job cards with customer concerns, service requests.
  • Follow up with technicians and service advisors for updates on job progress.
  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding vehicle status under supervision. Support post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
