Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance/Accounting.
• Must have good computer skills, Microsoft Office and good knowledge in SAP.• Fluency in spoken and written English essential.• 4 years in Budget Planning and Control environment with 2 years in Oil & Gas sector
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Budget and Cost Controller in Preparing the 5 years budget of VB departments in coordination with all sections.• Perform budget & cost control activities consisting of capturing, reviewing, and reporting all information and cost data, related to the respective VB departments.• Maintain and update computerized cost control records as part of an effective budget & cost control management system.• Verify the administrative and financial details and follow the QatarEnergy approved process for Electronic invoices (ElP’s), accruals, sales orders etc.
