Culinary education is strongly preferred

At least 2 years culinary experience.

Role Summary:

As a Commis II in the Staff Dining Kitchen you will be responsible for the preparation and assisting with the Demi Chef and Chef de Partie.

You will set up the station by obtaining all equipment and materials needed, prepare the station for service, prepare and plate all items received from the computer system in a timely and accurate manner and communicate with cooks regarding timing, and ensure a neat, clean, and organized work area throughout and following service.
