Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- Certification in airline sales or travel industry (e.g., IATA certification).
- Languages Arabic / English
- Qatar D/L
- Proven experience in airline sales or a related field minimum 2 -3 years in GCC.
- Strong understanding of the airline industry and sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Direct reporting to Gulf air Country manager, under the GSA
- Strong understanding of the airline industry, including ticketing, reservations, and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Sabre Turbo).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with Trade , Corporate and Government clients.
- Manage sales processes and meet sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to Trade and Industry partners,
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional and develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
