Prepares delivery plans in conjunction with the Skills Development Academy (SDA) training standards and requirements.
Conduct Toyota Global Content Program (TGCP) Foundational Training through Classroom & Gemba Training by demonstrating practical skills, using standard training materials provided by the SDA team.
Facilitate and conduct training for employees using the Al Abdulghani Motors (AAM) Philosophy and Toyota Principles & Practices Training
Conducting Pre-tests and Post Tests, evaluating trainees’ performance, and conducting Employee Feedback surveys.
To support the SDA team in cultivating and developing in employees a kaizen mindset and innovative thinking through effective classroom and Gemba training aligned with AAM Philosophy.
To attend all required Train-the-Trainers training programs to learn about the TGCP mid-level Training program.
Help to ensure the achievement of the HR Strategic goals by nurturing and engaging employees through skills development.
