QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience and a minimum of 1–2 years of experience in guest transportation, concierge, front office, marine/aviation coordination, or similar hospitality role.
  • Experience coordinating marine or aviation logistics (boat, yacht, seaplane, water taxi, etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems such as Opera, Microsoft Office and other scheduling tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and guest service abilities.
  • Flexible and reliable, with availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English (both Oral and Written). Additional languages are a plus.
  • Physically able to assist with luggage and equipment up to 20 kg’s without assistance

 

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and manage all guest transportation operations, including seaplane, boat, and land vehicle transfers.
  • Maintain accurate daily transportation schedules and ensure all arrivals and departures are executed smoothly and on time.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for transportation inquiries, collaborating closely with Front Office, Guest Experience, Security, and external aviation and marine partners.
  • Monitor seaplane and boat operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient movements aligned with marine and aviation regulations.
  • Track guest itineraries, monitor flight changes, and proactively adjust schedules as needed.
  • Greet arriving and departing guests when necessary to ensure warm, personalized service.
  • Support VIP and special-handling guests by customizing transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain transportation logs, vendor communication records, and incident reports.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure all vehicles, boats, and equipment meet safety and compliance standards.
  • Assist management in training and guiding team members involved in transportation functions.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
  • Respond promptly to transportation-related emergencies in line with resort procedures.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management; complete required safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure that all transportation touchpoints—such as docks, meeting points, and lounges—are clean, calm, and ready for guests.
  • Collaborate in evaluating third-party transportation providers and assist with performance feedback and service recovery when needed
