Qualification & Experience:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.

– Assist customers with their groceries, and merchandise, including loading and unloading items from trolleys.

– Ensure that all items / merchandise is handled safely and securely. – Maintain a clean and organized trolley area.

– Provide directions and information to customers as needed.

– Assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
