QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or human Resources, statistics, or a related stream relevant to the role.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources with similar responsibilities related to data analytics,
  • Knowledge of HR Practices and HR Trends
  • Proven ability in statistical analysis.
  • Ability to analyse data effectively in order to produce recommendations.
  • High level of Computer literacy and Proficient in MS Office
  • High Skills in using Data Analytical tools and applications
  • Exceptional analytical skills with previous experience working with standard business intelligence dashboards and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Accuracy & attention to details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with and relate to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight and competing deadlines.
  • Experience in dealing with management and staff at all levels including the ability to effectively initiate and maintain relationships.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Workforce Data Analysis Specialist provides management assistance by designing, implementing, and maintaining workforce analytics. The incumbent analyses and interprets a wide variety of human resources data to assist in identifying strategies and initiatives impacting wide range of human resources related areas.
  • Understand business process/requirements to analyse the feasibility with CLIENT Human Resources functions.
  • Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources, Analyzes data and statistics for trends, gaps and opportunities with attention to various HR related functions in the Corporation.
  • Design and implement workforce analytics solutions/reporting processes in partnership with relevant stakeholders to meet various HR requirements.
  • Support the team in delivering operational and project related reporting and analytics that transform, optimize, deliver and Corporation wide HR reporting, analytics and insights.
  • Ensure proactive approach to plan and drive predictive analytics to ensure data driven decisions are made on key HR related functions.
  • Maintains and prepares reports that communicate findings from data analyses and provide recommendations for management in coordination with the respective teams.
  • Presents detailed and comprehensive reports to a variety of audiences.
  • Responsible for maintaining databases and extracting data for analysis.
  • Conducts surveys and studies to collect relevant HR data.
  • The incumbent will undertake any such related duties or responsibilities as directed.
  • Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.
