Facility Maintenance Engineer

•   Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures and programs to ensure well-managed operation.

•   Act as the primary liaison with the client and leads the staff in coordinating services and activities.

•   Administer team KPI performance of the team and ensure it is complying within the respective portfolio.

•   Oversee day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that all services are effectively delivered and client needs are met.
