Work Summary & Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare regular report and reporting to Project Manager, Construction Manager, Site Managers, Offshore Superintendent, QA/QC Manager, HR Director, OIM, Operation Director, General Manager, Inspection Director, and CEO.
• Responsible for maintaining QHSE accreditations for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, ensuring periodic audits are scheduled to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Conducting comprehensive audits across all areas of company operations to ensure the effective implementation of the Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001:2018.
• Coordinating these SIMOPS risks with multiple stake holders, including, Construction team and Operation team and make sure necessary mitigations are implemented at Site.
• Develop, implement, and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures in line with legal and organizational requirements.
• Chair monthly meetings with all members of the HSE Team to review site issues, upcoming HSE initiatives, training programs, and areas of risk
• Ensure policies are effectively communicated and followed throughout the organization.
