Sales Coordinator cum Receptionist
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of GCC experience in a trading company.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage and coordinate sales activities, including tracking leads and follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining records.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Support marketing initiatives and assist in the preparation of promotional materials
- Transferable visa with NOC (No Objection Certificate).
