Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in an Arabic restaurant setting
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
• Valid QID and NOC
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure quality service
• Train and supervise staff, ensuring adherence to service standards
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
