Facilities Management experience required, specifically in MEP systems.
NOC and Police Clearance are mandatory.
Competence in handling MEP systems and troubleshooting.
Conduct maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Perform regular inspections to ensure MEP systems are functional and safe.
Troubleshoot and resolve MEP issues promptly.
Document MEP maintenance and repairs for record-keeping.
Assist in preventive maintenance to ensure system longevity.
Comply with safety standards and procedures in all MEP tasks.
