• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Qatar, specifically in the FMCG industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preference for Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and other Southeast Asian nationals.
• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure a high standard of customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock display.
• Train, mentor, and supervise showroom staff to enhance performance.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
