Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales and marketing support or coordinator role, preferably within the luxury hospitality
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, guests, and internal teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Opera) is a plus
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering excellent service
- A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing proposals, contracts, and correspondence, and coordinating client bookings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, providing timely responses to client requests and ensuring the highest level of customer service
- Support the team with the scheduling and coordination of meetings, site inspections, and event bookings for corporate clients, groups, and individual guests
- Help with the preparation and distribution of sales materials, proposals, and promotional content that align with the hotel’s brand
- Help manage and update the hotel’s website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring all content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for visibility
- Assist in the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns, both online and offline, that align with the hotel’s luxury brand and target audience
- Track inquiries and bookings from online and offline channels
