Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma holder relevant to the role
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Telecom industry or experience equivalent in similar capacity and industry preferably within the region
- With background on inventory (stock handling and distribution)
- Ability to communicate in Hindi/Malayalam/Urdu as major languages will be essential and English as secondary.
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Computer literate using MS Excel and Word.
- Ability to multi-task and can work with minimum supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines under work pressure
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for SOD stock count / inventory at the warehouse including product logistics, i.e., tracking, monitoring, loading and offloading report
- Responsible for stock inventory and reconciliation
- Conduct analysis on general stock inventory ensuring data integrity
- Identify potential threats on the daily processing system and recommend new ways of improvement.
- Take stock count for individual RSO (retail sales officer) using DMS Vodafone Software for and ABA EMIS
- Compile report on discrepancies and generate incident report for possible fraud
- Checking and recording product barcoding
- Conducts product inventory on monthly/quarterly basis
- Generation of critical sales report for the consumption of internal division management, i.e., Senior Accountant, Finance Manager and General Manager:
- MTD (month to date) sales report – outlet wise
- MTD sales report RSO – outlet coverage wise
- Daily sales report – RSO wise
- Processes sales order from RSOs, checks details and re-verify with individual RSO to arrange stocks
- Scans and uploads stocks in the system
- Manage stock distribution among Retail sales team for actual distribution and sales
