Delivery Executive

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills in English and Arabic
• Attention to detail for vehicle condition and documentation.
• Skilled in handling delivery receipts and reporting issues
• Familiar with Delivery Management System
• Minimum 3 years of working experience  in similar role.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field is required

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Completing all vehicles delivery related documents. Warrantee / Free service note.
• Responsible for new vehicles delivery at Showroom after registration.
• Arranging new vehicles Home delivery and relevant documents.
• Arranging new vehicles Home delivery and relevant documents.
• Conducting all explanation for al vehicle options and features to customers.
• Co-ordinating with Sales Executives for conducting test drive experience with customers.
• Showroom greeting and customer attendance providing product induction to customers.
• Submission of monthly reports /annual report.
