Qualification & Experience:

BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering, Corrosion, or Metallurgy. Associate membership of a recognised Engineering Society/Institute is desirable.

Minimum 6 years of specific experience in Integrity Management, Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and In-Service Inspection.  Detailed knowledge and understanding of API RP580 Recommended Practice for RBI. Experience and knowledge of integrity management software systems such as Meridium, Credo, RBMI, and ACET, is preferred. Thorough understanding, knowledge, and experience in the application of NDT techniques and in-service application of NDT techniques such as UT/MP/DP/RT/Eddy Current/TOFD/Creep Wave. Through understanding, knowledge, and experience in the application of defect assessment techniques and fitness for service evaluation in accordance with relevant codes and standards such as API 579, and ASME B31G. Thorough knowledge, understanding, and experience in the application of pressure vessel and pipework design and inspection codes of practice (API/ASME/EN).  Thorough knowledge and experience of design, selection, and application of temporary repair methods according to ASME PCC-2. Familiarity with SAP Maintenance module processes and structures. Thorough understanding of Reliability Engineering processes (RCM, FMEA) and root cause analysis processes (e.g., Taproot, PROACT). Computer literate with MS Office suite and SAP CMMS and an excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Evaluates Pipeline condition and ongoing fitness for purpose of equipment. Responsible to update, assess and analyse inspection and integrity management activities and management of data within the RBI system. Responsible for technically reviewing and aligning the day-to-day pipeline inspection activities of the team.
