Qualification & Experience:

• High School graduate / college-level preferable.
• Proven 2 years ‘experience as a Fish Monger or similar role
• Have an effective communication and customer-service level skills.
• Language Speaking: (good command in English; French and Basic Arabic an added advantage
• Able to work on fast paced working environment.
• Knowledge of different types of fish and seafood.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidates must have experienced in cleaning fish, fillet, boning fish, weighing and packing, displaying in fish section.
• Knowledgeable in sharpening, handling and using fishery knife safely and effectively.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming fish and seafood shipments
• Clean, cut, and fillet fish according to customer specifications
• Display and arrange fish products in an appealing manner
• Provide customers with information about different types of fish and seafood
• Weigh, price, and package fish products for sale
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
