Qualification & Experience:

Roles and Responsibilities:

To Supervise children at all times.
To develop and implement activities for the children.
To plan and develop activities and programs consistent with the child’s development.
Design kids birthday packages and any other kids events (Easter, Christmas).
To conduct inventory of kids toys, games etc.
To Work as a member of a team and share with the other members of the team relevant information about the kids club.
To Work within the policies and procedures set.
To participate in the weekly staff meetings.
To ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
To ensure that all toys and objects are safe and clean.
To establish a rapport with guests and residents, providing guest recognition and good customer relationships.
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
Be responsible for equipment, products, cleanliness and hygiene of the treatment areas.
To monitor and assist with all children’s activities that are part of the kids club activities.
Plan and execute safe, fun-filled and educational daily scheduled programs for guests ranging in ages from 5 to 12.
Prepare the KFAS facility on a daily basis to handle a minimum of 5 children.
React to changes in scheduling, weather or number of children with prepared backup plan.
Converse with guests and answer questions regarding the resort.
Provide orientation of KFAS facility, and when available, of the Spa and wellness Center.
