Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe, Video Editing tools) and familiar with F&B is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Marketing & Branding:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies that align with Andaz Doha’s brand identity.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations to drive brand awareness and guest engagement.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the Andaz spirit.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Manage and curate content for Andaz Doha’s social media channels, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency.
- Support in executing digital campaigns, including paid social media and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor social media trends and provide insights to enhance engagement strategies.
Content Creation & Public Relations:
- Assist in creating compelling content for social media, website, and marketing collaterals.
- Support media relations efforts by coordinating press releases and media inquiries.
- Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality brand content.
Event Marketing & Partnerships:
- Support event marketing initiatives, including promotions for seasonal campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Assist in managing partnerships with key stakeholders to enhance Andaz Doha’s visibility.
- Work closely with F&B and operational teams to market restaurant promotions and hotel events.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
- Assist in tracking marketing budgets and expenditures.
