Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid Heavy Driving License in Qatar (mandatory).
Proven driving experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Familiarity with Doha’s routes, traffic regulations, and event logistics.
Strong teamwork skills with a proactive and flexible attitude.
Basic communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Professional appearance and adherence to hotel grooming standards.

Safely operate hotel vehicles (light and heavy) to transport banquet equipment, furniture, and materials as required.
Assist the Banquets team with loading and unloading equipment, ensuring proper handling and minimal risk of damage.
Coordinate with the Banquets and Stewarding teams to ensure timely delivery and setup for events, both on and off-site.
Conduct routine checks on vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition; report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicles and adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures.
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and trip logs as per hotel policies.
Comply with all local traffic regulations and hotel driving policies.
Support banquet setup and breakdown when not on driving duties, including arranging furniture and assisting with equipment placement.
Provide courteous and professional assistance to colleagues, guests, and external partners during transportation duties.
