Quality Lead – Improvement (NFPS)

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Sciences or Engineering.

8 years experience in Quality in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year

of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight

of service/vendor personnel.

Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service

Companies. Experience working in large scale operating organizations

in Operations, Projects, etc. Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems,

specifications, and tools. Knowledge of Industry standards.

Certification and qualification in Quality Improvement Processes and

Statistical Methods (e.g. Power BI)

Strong knowledge in project risk management and quality statistical

tools, e.g., SWOT, FMEA, infinity diagram, fault tree analysis, decision

tree, bowtie, control charts, fishbone diagrams, Histogram and other

frequency distributions, Pareto charts, regression analysis, etc.

Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service

Companies.

Knowledge of relevant Quality Systems, specifications, and tools.

Knowledgeable in project management systems adapted to oil & gas

industry.
