QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Solid experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area with a degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, OR 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary and bar operations at a leadership capacity:

Proven leadership experience as Food & Beverage Manager in hospitality.

Commercially astute leader with the ability to identify and drive new sales opportunities in outdoor catering, events and outlet sales. Possess strong business acumen, expertise in sales tactics and various F&B marketing strategies.

Proven track record in managing budgets, overseeing inventory, and creating staff schedules. Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef in creating menus, wine lists, and beverage offerings.

Robust leadership skills to engage, inspire, and cultivate your team, fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.

Determine heartists’ training needs, coach, guide to achieve goals while serving as an inspiration and role model respect within the team.

Effective communicator with adept skills in stakeholder management, both internally and externally.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will assume full responsibility for managing every facet of our food and beverage department encompassing areas such as the restaurant, bar, banqueting, and events.

Reporting to the General Manager, this role offers you a unique platform to demonstrate your exceptional leadership abilities, proficiency, and talent for providing extraordinary guest experiences that will leave a lasting impression. You will oversee all operational aspects of the Food & Beverage Department and develop innovative and insightful strategies for optimising guest experience and revenue growth opportunities
