QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of proven working experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, etc).
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certification in digital marketing is a plus.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to maximize website traffic and search rankings.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence across all platforms.
  • Create and manage content for the website, blogs, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on data.
  • Manage the marketing budget for digital campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain a strong brand voice across all digital channels.
