QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • HACCP certification is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international food safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular hygiene inspections in kitchens, storage areas, and F&B outlets.
  • Monitor food handling practices and ensure staff adhere to hygiene protocols.
  • Implement and maintain HACCP principles and hygiene SOPs.
  • Coordinate pest control measures and waste management procedures.
  • Deliver hygiene and food safety training sessions to relevant staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, training, and corrective actions.
  • Liaise with external agencies and ensure compliance with local health regulations.
  • Support sustainability initiatives related to hygiene and sanitation.
  • Respond to hygiene-related complaints and take corrective action promptly.
