QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Engineering, or

Engineering.

6 years experience in Engineering roles, including 2 years in the Oil &  Gas Industry and in cost control, contract/quantity surveying roles in oil & gas or EPC industry.

Experience preparing valuations, claims, and reconciliation on large projects.

Familiarity with standard contracts (FIDIC, NEC, EPC, reimbursable/cost-plus), and cost tracking tools.

Strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills to interface with engineering, procurement, and contractors

Familiar Dredging and earth movement work
