- Excellent Communication skills.
- Bilingual ( Arabic & English).

- Previous experience in sales is an added value.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets with the required profitability and customer delight.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommend profit initiatives and service improvements to enhance the business.
- Assist the walk-in customers and traders for sales enquiries. Handle customer complaints efficiently and ensure it is dealt with highest priority and with customers first mindset.
- Conducts market analysis and forecast the possible sales opportunities to create new sales leads for achieving the targets.
- Handle sales process and the documentations as per company policies and procedure, liaise closely with other departments to complete the process successfully and on time.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports ( prospects, reservations , and sales), review the trends and results to improve the sales.
