QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) – written and spoken
  • Minimum 3 years experience in automotive sales, specifically Lease-to-Own
  • Outdoor sales experience required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proactive, confident, and resilient – taking ownership of tasks
  • Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting clients, identify their needs and provide comprehensive explanations of lease-to-own products and services.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for existing and potential clients to recommend appropriate leasing solutions.
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation, including condition checks, insurance, traffic card registration, and ensuring all transactions are completed in SAP.
  • Facilitate timely vehicle handover to clients and ensure all receipts, contracts, and documents are properly handled for invoicing.
  • Liaise between operations, clients, and other stakeholders for vehicle replacements in case of accident or major service to provide quality service for clients.
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients through referrals, market databases, networking events, and online platforms.
  • Visit companies and educational institutes to promote and sell products tailored to meet clients needs.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving revenue targets.
