QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Doha’s attractions, restaurants, and local services
- Proactive approach to anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues
- Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and communication
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and directions
- Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring proper handling and care
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in Doha
- Assist with guest requests, such as arranging transportation or making reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle special requests and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with parking services when required
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security protocols
