QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs)
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Doha’s attractions, restaurants, and local services
  • Proactive approach to anticipating and fulfilling guest needs
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues
  • Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and communication

 

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, offering assistance with luggage and directions
  • Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring proper handling and care
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in Doha
  • Assist with guest requests, such as arranging transportation or making reservations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby and luggage storage areas
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle special requests and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Assist with parking services when required
  • Ensure compliance with hotel safety and security protocols
