QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• An average of 5 to 7 years of experience in IT business analysis and web development.
• Proficiency in PHP, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, with strong knowledge of Laravel, ASP.NET, React, and Bootstrap.
• Extensive experience in database management, particularly with SQL Server.
• Expertise in integrating third-party APIs to enhance functionality and customer communication.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and SharePoint Online.
• Strong background in designing and implementing web applications and websites using WordPress and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Docker, PHPUnit, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Lists, and Git for version control.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and liaise with clients to deliver IT solutions that meet business needs.
• Experience in troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and ensuring the reliability and security of web applications.
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES : 

•                  Design and develop web applications using PHP, C#, JavaScript, and other technologies as needed, ensuring high performance and scalability.
•                Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
•                Integrate and manage third-party APIs, ensuring smooth data exchange between systems.
•                Work with Azure and SharePoint to implement cloud-based solutions and enhance collaboration across departments.
•                Develop and maintain web applications using technologies like . NET Core, PHP Laravel, SharePoint, CMS (e.g., WordPress).
•                Optimize web applications for SEO, user experience, and functionality.
•  Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory, purchasing, and sales modules to improve business operations and customer satisfaction.
•  Develop KPIs and dashboards for real-time monitoring and performance tracking of business processes such as stock management and sales.
•  Troubleshoot issues across the application stack and support cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges.
•                Develop and maintain internal portals in SharePoint and WordPress, ensuring high availability and security.
•                Hands on experience in Azure database solutions including database models such as SQL managed instance and Managed databases.
•                Skilled in configuring SQL servers, databases, and elastic pools in Azure.
•  Proficient in deploying builds and managing backups in Azure.
•                Expertise in data import/export and access management in Azure.
•                Knowledge of DMVs, Performance Dashboards, and Log Shipping.
•  Experienced in rebuilding indexes and optimizing database performance.
•                Skilled in Point-In-Time Recovery and disaster recovery strategies.
•                Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
•                Proficient in implementing snapshot isolation and DDL triggers.
•  Designed and executed comprehensive backup and recovery plans.
•                Expertise in execution plans and index tuning for optimization.
•                Configure and manage databases based on designed schemas.
•                  Implement high availability solutions for databases.
•  Develop data models to structure and relate database data.
•  Design schemas, including tables, columns, data types, and constraints.
