JOB PURPOSE :
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming showroom environment
- Understand customer needs and guide them to the appropriate Sales Executive or respective department
- Support CRM activities, Call the customer over the phone or email and maintain records of Sales force Opportunities
- Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Support showroom and outdoor events, campaigns, and promotions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Track and showroom walk-in customers and record in digital devise
- Collect customer feedback or survey
- Encourage customers to download and use Toyota applications
