- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Coordinate the flow of documents between departments and ensure timely distribution.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Implement and maintain document control procedures and systems to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Support project teams in documentation-related tasks and provide training on document management systems as needed.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to staff and external parties regarding documentation processes.
