Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification of High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential
- Minimum 3+ years of job-related experience
- Experience in an organizational role in a fast moving and demanding environment.
- Experienced in administrative, secretarial, business support and any relevant role.
- Background in working closely with management stakeholders.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office tools and applications.
About the role:
As an Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible in providing administration support for the smooth functioning of the Doha Sales department on a daily basis. Performs administrative duties, which require the handling of IT assets, stationaries, and other office facilities. Represents the department through the management of correspondence, telephone and personal contacts. Undertakes assignments as directed by the management in order to support Departmental initiatives.
As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:
- Performs various administrative duties to support requirements and maintain the department functions smoothly on a daily basis. Tactfully handles enquiries and/or refer to appropriate personnel/department.
- Office stationery requisitions and Assets tracking in ITAT (Oracle – ERP). Relocation requests and other office facilities issue requests Resolve Commercial and Operational admin-related cases with Contracts and legal to ensure an effective outcome for QR.
- New joiners’ application requests and introduction to the team.
- Communicates and provides information internally and externally to assist and enable administrative support and effective service to the concerned sections.
- Timely conversion of emails to cases, update on case details, identifying and registering vital reports received through various internal channels.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
