Qualification & Experience:
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Previous experience in managing and leading a team in a stewarding or similar department, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software related to inventory management, reporting, and other relevant stewarding applications.
  • Understanding of budget management principles and the ability to manage stewarding department expenses effectively.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes, including monitoring stock levels, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with team members, other departments, and senior management.
