Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ communications or equivalent
6+ years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing in Telecommunications sector with strong people management skills.
Knowledge and 360 degree understanding of all communication channels including Advertising, Events, Sponsorships, Campaigns, Promotions, CSR
Deliver S&L and Youth segments Communication Strategy achieving BMS KPIs – brand consideration and emotional connection
Deliver targeted awareness levels and business objectives of advertising campaigns
Deliver brand and advertising plan within approved budgets

Mange and formulate annual communication strategies & plans that deliver against and support the business objectives for the portfolio and ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands.
Providing strategic input and direction for the brand, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind and advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.
Manage and ensure alignment of communications calendars across other team members managing the other portfolios to ensure Vodafone representation in the market is clear and concise regardless of the segment.
Lead and ensure seamless and successful implementation of 360 campaigns across all channels, including internal, external (ATL/TTL), digital, on ground and PR.
Liaise with internal stakeholders (all levels) and external stakeholders, including being the key lead for the advertising agency for your portfolio.
Manage agency and production budgets effectively and efficiently for your portfolio. Work with other team members to ensure most effective use of Publicity budget across all portfolios to achieve the business objectives
Perform any additional project, task or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.
