QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any relevant courses.
  • Russian language proficiency is a must.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with at least 3 years’ experience in Travel and Leisure.
  • Preferably with GCC exposure.
  • Strong sales and marketing skills.
  • Valid Qatar Driving license.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to spot opportunities with prospects.

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive the growth of our inbound tour segment. This role involves market research, relationship building, represent company at trade events and strategic planning to increase our market presence and revenue.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends in the tourism industry.
  • Develop customized tour packages, including accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, and activities. Ensure itineraries meet clients’ expectations and budgets.
  • Assist in promoting and selling tour packages through various channels, including social media, travel fairs, and partnerships with travel agencies.
  • Develop compelling proposals and presentations to attract new clients and secure contracts.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market intelligence.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences.
  • Promote the company’s tour offerings, network with potential clients and partners, and gather market intelligence.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to highlight the company’s strengths and unique selling points.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and business development progress.
