QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelors Degree
- Call Center Experience – Minimum 3 Years
- Bilingual – Arabic & English is a must
- Good communication skills
- Multitasking
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide excellent Customer Service through telephone interaction and conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys. To handle and resolve customer concerns and enquiries in a respectful, courteous and polite manner and to ensure that AAB customers remain satisfied.
- Adheres to company policies & procedures.
- Handles Inquiries, Requests, Sales and Service Campaigns and Complaints received via Inbound and Outbound Call
- Conducts Customer Satisfaction surveys for Sales, Service, Certified Pre-owned Vehicles, Parts, Fleet, Rent a Car and HED
- Contacts Recall Customers
- Creates, follows-up, and escalates Requests, Inquiries and Cases to different Departments
- To document important information that transpired during the call.
- Update customer data in SAP.
- Maintain or Exceed the Target for Call Quality
- Maintain or Exceed the Target for Total Number of Surveys done
- Support the CRM Department with all activities as and when required by management
