Qualification & Experience:

Master degree in electrical or Bachelor degree with minimum 10 years experience
Minimum 10 years of total experiences with at least 6 years demonstrated as commissioning experience in major capital projects
Experiences for managing commissioning execution and performing OTPs of all electrical facility such as UPS and Battery, VSR, normal and emergency power distribution, HVAC, Navigation Aid, ELICS/PMS, subsea cable and umbilical, transformer, control and electrical protection system, telecom and
Familiar with LOTO procedures and electrical codes and standards
Familiar to work in interface with several EPCs
Familiar with system completion database ICAPS and OPERCOM methodology
Worldwide commissioning experience with contractors or under company in particular those involved in the Commissioning and start up support of Offshore production facilities
Experiences for handling EPC contractors, sub-contractors and vendors involved in the oil and gas industry and familiar with preparation of workpack and jobcard for offshore campaign.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT
Application and in depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards.
Conversant with ATEX/IEC regulations

Roles and Responsibilities:

Fully familiar with commissioning of key electrical equipments such as UPS and Battery, VSR, normal and emergency power distribution, HVAC, Navigation Aid, ELICS/PMS, subsea cable and umbilical, transformer and electrical protection system
Familiar with LOTO procedures and electrical codes and standards
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy involving the regular use of professional office applications and some technical applications
Ability to communicate with Contractors team and obtain required information as requested
Experienced with Interface coordination and support activities and documentation
