Qualification & Experience:

• Secondary School Level
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales
• Articulate
• Good communication skills
• Valid Qatar Driving license is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provides leave coverage when required.
• Reviews and updates planogram with counter supervisor.
• Suggesting to the counter in-charge new product or mixes required by the customer.
• Responsible for displaying of products according to principal planogram.
• Interacting with consumers to survey the quality of the products.
• Through positive interaction and responsiveness ensures customer satisfaction.
• Analyses stock movement trends to provide reports on non- moving and slow moving stocks.
• When required mentors new counter sales.
• Uses visual creativity in displays to ensure product off take.
• Works towards achieving the counter monthly budget.
