Qualification & Experience:

– Ensure consistent Pastry dishes, in line with the high-quality standards expected by Company standards.

– Have knowledge of HEALTHY desserts

-. Have knowledge of Bakery production such as croissant, bread, Healthy Bread

– Contribute to Kitchen revenue through effective food cost control.

– Provide support to the Kitchen Team when needed

– Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.

– Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus.

– Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.

– Comply with Company security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation.

– Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organised at all times.
