Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in IT/Engineering or relevant.
- 10 years of relevant experience and Agile SDLC in digital development and roadmap management, preferably in telecommunication sector. Including 5 years of experience in digital team management.
- Experience and knowledge of product ownership & management, digital P&L financials, and digital growth hack & revenue.
- Revenue contribution from Digital portfolio.
- Delivery of capability and features 95% of agreed roadmap of My Vodafone App, Website, eCommerce, USSD, IVR, Chatbot and A.I. Chat Platform, conversational marketing, and lead platforms.
- Ensure operationally all channels are up to date with all Vodafone’s promotion.
- Ensure eCommerce delivery of Device and Plan sales.
- Ensure timely execution in different channels for market competition.
- Revenue contribution from Digital portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and own Vodafone’s all Digital assets and components within given CAPEX and OPEX budget, including website, e-Commerce, App, Self-care, USSD, IVR, Chatbot, A.I., M.L. and conversational marketing from development delivery and operations aspect.
- Ensure Digital portfolio all together bringing agreed revenue, bill payment and recharge targets.
- Manage Digital Channels operations, availability and agreed SLA.
- Manage digital team to develop, operate, and monetize Vodafone Qatar’s Digital portfolio.
- Manage 15+ outsourced platform, commercials, and contract to leverage best outcome for Vodafone Qatar.
- Be the central SPOC for Digital assets of Vodafone Qatar and liaising with CBU, EBU, IT Domain, IT ops, network, HR, Finance, Regulatory, Legal and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Maintain uptime of all Vodafone’s Digital Platform liaising with ITOPS and capacity forecasting.
- Own end to end all digital processes, communications, and P&L.
- Research customer needs, manage user stories, backlog, development, product management, Insight, Project Delivery, Budget, and product releases.
- Manage interaction of customers in channels to leverage and increase revenue in eCommerce and My Vodafone app.
- Perform related tasks consistent with skills and abilities and general responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
